GE works on things that matter in more than 100 countries around the world. As a result, more than half of our revenues and employees are located outside of the United States. Around the world, GE is building on a 130-year record of innovation, finding solutions to tough problems, investing in jobs and programs that help improve people’s lives, and making a difference in the communities we serve.
Some of GE’s support of communities around the world comes through the work of the GE Foundation, which focuses on community building in the areas of education, health and environmental programs. This section highlights a few examples of these efforts and our diverse nonprofit partners in eight regions of the world.
